The data that is collected and stored by Spark AI are all the things you would expect that are necessary to run the service.
- Third-party integration data: When you connect third-party services like Telegram or Notion to Spark AI, the necessary authentication data will be collected. Spark AI will also have access to certain information such as your user name as authorized from third-party services.
- User content: Spark AI is a note-taking service. Spark AI allows you to input your notes, including any text, voice and other data that you send to Spark AI. These content will be collected and processed by Spark AI.
- Communications: We may receive additional information about you, such as contact details and message contents, when you contact us directly or join our user group.
- Other Information: We collect information you provide when participating in our events or completing forms on our website.
You can access, change or delete your information at any time through Spark AI.
Information We Collect Automatically
Spark AI also collects certain data automatically when you use our service.
- Usage data: Spark AI collects information about how you use the service, such as the types of content you send, features you use, and actions you take.
- Analytics: Spark AI uses Google Analytics to analyze usage on our website, which might include your IP address, device characteristics such as operating system and device model, device identifiers and product interaction data.
Third-party Vendors
We rely on third-party vendors and hosting partners for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology to run our services. Our personal data subprocessors include:

- Stripe: Payment processing service provider.
- Typeform: Survey and form creation platform.
Additionally, if you choose to configure with Spark AI with these services, some data will be shared with them:
- Telegram: Instant messaging platform. We will receive your input and send outputs via Telegram.
- Notion: Notes service. We will store your note in Notion if instructed.
Information Usage
We use the information we collect to operate and improve our service and customer support.
Additionally, as humans, we may access your data for the following reasons:
- To improve our service quality: Human reviewers may read, annotate, and process your note content. We protect your privacy by disconnecting your content from any identifying information before review. Please avoid entering confidential information or any data you wouldn't want a reviewer to see or Spark AI to use for service improvement.
- To assist with your support requests: We'll ask for your express consent before accessing your account.
- To resolve rare errors: When possible, we fix issues without viewing personal data. In rare cases where we must examine a minimal amount of personal data, we strive to address the root cause to prevent recurrence.
- To comply with applicable laws: We may disclose your information in response to legal requirements such as subpoenas or court orders, to exercise our legal rights or defend against claims, to investigate illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, policy violations, or to protect our rights and property.
In the event of a business transaction—such as a sale, merger, or partnership—user information may be among the transferred assets.
All of your data is stored in the United States.
